Well, I finally did it last night. I resigned! It does feel release but also feel kinda sad to leave. But as one of my friend said, no pain no gain, if you dont let go the old one you will not get a new one...
After two month, I will be facing a new challenge. Actually, I'm still thinking whether to take the new challenge or not.. well, never try never know..
